Deliver meals to the homebound and show people that they matter. Our church has volunteered to do the first full week of each month. This community volunteer work involves only 1 to 1-1/2 hours once a month for delivery of lunches. Routes consist of typically 8 to 12 stops. The meals are picked up at Berkeley Square Retirement Center at 11 A.M.
Substitute drivers are always needed. Being a substitute driver gives you the opportunity to try it out without a big commitment. If you are interested in being a Substitute driver, please contact Billie Jo Spicer at spicetwice@aol.com or contact the church office at 867-5411.
