The purpose of the Presby Health Ministry is to promote, not provide health. It is dedicated to living out the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by reclaiming the church’s role in confidential health care through promoting wholeness of body, mind and spirit.
“Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my children, you have done it unto me.” Matthew 25:40 (paraphrased)
Currently, the Presby Health Ministry is providing Blood Pressure screenings on the 3rd Sunday of each month in the Mix and Mingle Room from 8:30am until noon. The work of this ministry also includes the Vial of Life administering as well as visiting the sick and providing transportation as necessary.
