| How do I know when church activities are scheduled? Watch the newsletter, web site and Sunday worship bulletins for a calendar and articles about upcoming events. For additional information, call the church office at 867-5411. How do I know what room to go to for a meeting or church activity? The information is available in all or some of the following ways; newsletter articles, church bulletins, meeting notices sent via email, signs posted iaround the church, bulletins boards and phone calls to ministry leaders. Or a call the church office, 867-5411, to check the official church calendar for meeting times and room assignments. How do I schedule a room or meeting at the church? Scheduling space for church related, community-based, or non-profit organization meetings or events can be arranged with the church office at least (2) two weeks in advance, 867-5411. | When is the church office open? The church office is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM., and on Friday 9:00AM to noon, except for major holidays. After office hours, an automated answering system will allow you to leave a voice message for any staff person.

| How does the church family learn about our new baby? E-mail on of the church staff or call the church office, 867-5411, with the news of a birth or adoption. The news will be shared with our church family through our website and Sunday worship bulletin. We also celebrate the births of grandchildren!
How do I schedule Baptism for my child? Please e-mail Sherry, sherry@thepresby.org or call the church office at 867-5411, and they will assist you with scheduling a date. When can my child go through Confirmation Class? A confirmation class is held each year for grades 9-12. It is a series of classes and activities that enhance their beliefs and give them information on becoming a member of the church. The timeline is mid-spring to late spring. What do I do in the event of hospitalization? Please email Brenda, brenda@thepresby.org or call the church office at 867-5411 to notify us so we can let the Pastors, Prayer Ministry and the Deacons know. HOSPITALS DO NOT CALL US and even if we call them, they must have the patient’s permission in order to give us a room number or any information about admittance. | Does the church have a childcare center? The Creative Center for Children is the largest local mission of The Presbyterian Church. The childcare strives to provide children with a safe, clean, loving and educational environment for year around care. The Creative Center for Children (CCC) provides a full day of preschool curriculum built into a full day of childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. CCC is a melting pot-serving traditional families, foster parents, grandparents raising children, single parents, blended families, and special needs children. Contact Donna Eisenbraun, Director at 867-1118. Does the church have a preschool? The Presbyterian Preschool provides 2, 3, or 5-day programs for children ages 3 to 5 years old. The program provides many creative activities that teach and help prepare children for kindergarten. Field trips to various places of interest and guest presenters whose focus is safety and development education are provided throughout the year. Several activities are held monthly which emphasize the Christian values of The Presbyterian Church. Spanish class and a music program are offered to all of our students as part of our daily curriculum. Pastor John presents a monthly “God’s Promises” Bible lesson for all of our students. Afternoon Enrichment Opportunities are a fun, educational themed experience offered three times year to all our students. Contact Linda Bonham, Director, at 867-5413. | |
